These work great once you figure out the correct positioning and angle/pressure to use.
They strip 2.5mm wise ease and leave no marks on the sheath or inner insulation..
With 1.5mm cable they do work as well but I've found once you clamp them down on the outer hole to strip the sheathing, you need to then pull the strippers when they are closed to get a clean tear to not make any marks on the cable.
Stripping 1.5mm on the inner insulation also takes some practice as it needs to be correctly placed in the teeth or else it'll stuff the stripping up.
For 2.5mm you can use them with your eyes closed and bang them out. For 1.5mm it does work to perfection but you need to make sure you're using the tool properly.
Adjusting the teething depth doesn't really matter. I've found it's better to use them on a lesser setting and then use some force when they strippers are closed to get a cleaner cut then to have them on a deeper setting cause they can be sensitive to damaging the cable.
I wouldn't use them everyday for general cables but when doing a Reno or new build fit off and you're doing a lot of cables I have found them to help save time.

The strippers are great only would like to have been told that the adjustment for cables in the uk I’m back to front meaning 5 is actually the small and 1 is the biggest size cable

Great product in terms of design and stripping however it doesn’t strip 1.5mm TPS which was really disappointing..

Highly recommend if doing large amount of fit offs, very handy to strip short cables inside an enclosure and a very good quality tool.

Absolutely love them! Work best on electra cable, olex can be a bit stubborn to get moving. Works on old solid core but not on 3 strand. Overall a good stripper
