Refund policy

Change of mind:

You are welcome to a refund if you change your mind on a product within 7 days of receiving it provided:

1. Item is in packaging and in new condition

2. You can verify your receipt or order number

*All that is required is that you contact sales@addictedtotool.com to organise the return and send the item to address giving through email.

 

Faulty Goods:

If the items are faulty or stop working within 90 days of purchase, we are happy to receive the item and inspect the reasons why. Either the item will be fixed and resent to yourself or we will replace it.
